Goats on the Roof Again

I wrote about the Coombs Market in a previous post. Please have another look at that blog if you can spare the time. It’s a wonderful place to visit. The attraction is that there are goats living on the roof. Here is the link:

On this visit, the young fellow, Billy, had been naughty.014a

But it was lovely to see him anyway, and we shopped till we dropped underneath that roof he’s standing on.

  4. I love goats too. They have such a knowing expression in their faces when they look you in the eye. πŸ™‚

  5. Love the “Emma” goat and their little hut was adorable. They certainly didn’t give their audience a second thought!

  6. Not had much experience with goats although I did try and milk one called Rainbow years ago. She took exception to my novice attempts and literally kicked the bucket, leaving a cupful of grass contaminated slop.

  7. The old fellow looks like Billy Goat Gruff to me. πŸ™‚ Sounds like a wonderful place!

  8. Anneli, I love when the animals talk to each other and you interpret their “goat-speak!” ❀
The little black baby goat is so sweet! πŸ™‚

    • I think that was a habit I got into when I was teaching little kids. I often used “voices” when I was reading to them or using a puppet to teach a lesson. Funny how they paid more attention to a puppet than they would to ME! πŸ˜‰
