Is love all it’s quacked up to be? You betcha.
Back off, boys!
I’m a har-har-harlequin,
Funny little duck,
If you’re look-look-looking for
A girl you’re out of luck.
She’s a sweet-sweet lady duck,
And she is all my own,
Best little sweetheart
I have ever known.
No one comes between us,
She’s mine, mine, mine,
To woo, woo, woo her,
You’d better get in line.

A great poem and a great title, especially. 😊 A beautiful harlequin capture. They’re so pretty.

They are quite unique. Their bright colours reminded someone of a colourfully dressed character from Italian comedy named “Harlequin.”

I wonder where the boys bought their clothes, they are so bright and chique. It´s hard to see the lady duck with her clothes, that´s how she wants and needs it. I love the poem , going with the picture!

I’m sure they got their clothing at a high-end Los Angeles or Seattle boutique as they flew past one day.

Isn’t it funny how the posturing is similar to human posturing when a girl is concerned?

Love love love the Harlequins – one of these years I will have to go north to see the one that keeps showing up north of Chicago….but is cold up there and I am still conditioned to south Texas weather!
