Rudbeckia May 13, 2025 by wordsfromanneli 25 Comments My sunny face is full of cheer, I take my time to bloom, But finishing the growing year, Gives hope before the gloom. I wish I had more of them. I should make the effort. They keep coming back so it’s worth it.

Well, now I have to confess that these are not blooming here yet. These were last year’s but the green parts are growing in my big clay pot already.

Thanks, Ursula. One thing I like about rudbeckias too, is that they are perennials and come back every year to say hello.

They are tough flowers, coming back every year, and they bloom for a long time.
