Today’s and tomorrow’s photos/limericks are both about eagles, but each of the eagles has different views about sharing.

I wish I could have gotten closer but this one was too skitterish.

Thanks, Ursula. It looks like those seagulls would like to move in and take what he’s eating, but they don’t dare.

Oh, yes! The beaches and estuaries provide a lot of their food.

There are certain times you do not want to attract an eagle’s attention. One of them is dinner time. Happy Tuesday Anneli. Allan

The seagulls were definitely keeping a respectful distance.

You must be a blast at parties. LOL! Love the limerick! Have you thought about writing a children’s book?

I like to imagine that I would be, but really I’m probably too quiet. I let it all out in my blog posts though. And a children’s book? I have thought of it and have written little stories, but to do a book with photos or drawings gets expensive and I’m not good at marketing myself, so my blogging friends sometimes have to endure childish posts. But it’s fun. Thanks for the vote of confidence though, Susie.

On a cold day like we have today, they would definitely be frozen.

I am a bit surprised the eagle didn’t insist on jam…but then again, I’d just share the clam without conditions.

I think he wouldn’t give up a thing without the jam first. He was not about to share with those squawking gulls. This guy was not into sharing.
