I cheated and used a photo from a long time ago, but that doesn’t mean he’s not trying to catch a fish whenever possible. Just not always beach fishing.

Wade fishing’s common here, given our shallow shoreline, but every now and then when I see the guys collected in the surf, I do wonder about it. Given the cost of their gear, it seems as though staying in the boat would be a better move, but they swear by it, especially in certain seasons and when stalking certain fish.
