So many types and shapes of us,
Yet all of us are cool,
Romantics like to make a fuss,
Don’t want to seem a fool.
We make a loving, thoughtful gift,
Our stunning beauty heals,
Heartbroken lovers mend a rift,
How wonderful it feels.

I was impressed by an orchid exhibition I saw one day. So many varieties in shape, colour, and design.

Your image is a lovely example of this plant. I haven’t tried one yet.

They are easy keepers if you put them in a north-facing window and give them one ice cube a week. I do mine on garbage day so I don’t forget. (Although they are the very opposite of garbage) 😉

Interesting. I’ll have to read up on ice cubes …

I “think” I read it on the instructions when I got an orchid from Costco.

Interesting way to not overwater a plant. Makes sense.

It just drips down a bit at a time this way, and it’s always the same amount.
